The founder of Arch Communications, has had success in both journalism and corporate communications. Matt spent almost two decades with the BBC as a specialist correspondent, documentary-maker, news editor and radio manager. During that time, he won a string of national journalism and broadcasting awards.
Matt also has a detailed understanding of the NHS, having been on the Board of one of the country’s largest primary care trusts. A skilled coach in media relations, Matt is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and has an MA with distinction in Strategic Communication.
Is a fully qualified journalist, writer and PR consultant with ten years’ experience working with national, regional and local media. Sarah has extensive press office, digital and social media expertise and has worked for a wide spectrum of private and public sector clients. Her impressive career has even included a stint in the Prime Minister’s Strategic Communications Unit at 10 Downing Street!
At Arch Communications Sarah offers first class senior account management, impeccable writing skills and a distinctively creative flare.
Caroline has spent over 20 years in communications and PR – both in-house and working freelance and for consultancies. She has extensive knowledge of the NHS and has also worked in local authorities and the private sector.
Caroline brings a wealth of experience and skills in media handling, online media, campaigns, crisis management, writing and account handling. She’s passionate about encouraging people to get involved in shaping public services and a strong advocate of keeping communications simple, easy to understand and avoiding jargon. And if that wasn’t enough, she’s a working mum too!
Gained a post-graduate diploma in print journalism and joined Arch Communications after several successful years as a senior reporter on local newspapers.
Now steeped in PR, she uses her writing skills and nose for a story to generate great content for press releases and online.
Somehow, Helen’s also managed to squeeze in a year exploring India, south-east Asia, Australia and New Zealand!
Arch’s first Business Development Manager, after several years running corporate events for leading hotel companies. In fact, Danielle’s an expert in making things happen – with a degree in Event Management.
She’s also a dab hand at all things digital, looking after our website and social media.
Used to building great relationships with clients, Danielle is a social butterfly who loves getting stuck into conversations at networking events. So make sure you keep an eye out for her!
