Arch developed a complete marketing strategy for this Nottingham consultancy on food intolerance – including coming up with its name.

We then planned and delivered a full PR launch which achieved blanket local media coverage. The event created a buzz in the local catering industry, delivering a steady stream of training requests to the new business.

Arch has also positioned company founder Nicky Gray as a food intolerance expert, leading to appearances on BBC Radio 4 and BBC Breakfast News. Food Freedom is now thriving.
